We ship worldwide.
If we are unable to complete the delivery due to reasons attributable to SYSTEK, the customer will receive a full refund.

2. Couriers Used

Shipments are made through:

Companies such as DHL, FedEx, Deprisa, Pasarex, Amazon Shipping, Skypostal, Lasership, UniUni, Amarex, USPS, UPS, and others.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the country and destination.
The estimated delivery time is displayed before completing the order.

4. Insured Shipments

All shipments include insurance against loss or damage caused by factors beyond the customer’s control.

5. Incorrect Address

  • If the order has not been shipped: it may be corrected or canceled at no cost.

  • If the order has already been shipped: corrections or cancellations will incur an additional fee.

  • If the product has been delivered to the address provided by the customer: no refunds apply, and SYSTEK is not responsible.

6. Order Rejected by the Customer

If the customer decides not to receive the package:

  • A second delivery attempt may be made.

  • If the package is not accepted again, the product will be managed by SYSTEK, and no refund will be issued.
