RETURN POLICY

At SYSTEK, we strive to ensure you shop with complete confidence. For that reason, most of our products include a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
Each product specifies its warranty period within its information section, so we recommend reviewing this detail before completing your purchase.

During this period, you may request a full refund or an exchange if:

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product arrived incomplete or with missing parts.

  • The product does not function properly upon arrival.

If your case meets these conditions and does not violate our policies, you may choose to receive your money back (including shipping and taxes, if applicable) or have the product exchanged at no additional cost.


The decision on how to proceed will be made by our team, evaluating each situation and inventory availability.

Conditions

To maintain a fair policy for everyone, we do not accept returns when:

  • The product was used, damaged, or altered due to misuse.

  • The claim is submitted after the 30-day warranty period.

  • No clear evidence of the issue is provided (such as photos or videos).

  • The reason for the return is unrelated to product failure (e.g., you no longer want it).

  • The order was confirmed as received in good condition.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Timeframes

We understand how important it is for you to receive your refund safely and on time.

Below, we explain the estimated processing times depending on the payment method used:

Credit Card Payments

Refunds to credit cards may take between 1 and 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • A billing cycle typically lasts 28 to 31 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Even if your card has been canceled or is a prepaid card, the refund will still be sent. In these cases, we recommend contacting your issuing bank to access the funds.

Debit Card Payments

Refunds are usually completed within up to 5 business days. However, in some cases, the issuing bank may take up to 30 days to process the transaction.

If for any reason the refund cannot be returned to your card, the amount will be credited to your PayPal balance (if applicable).

Bank Account Payments

If you paid directly with a linked bank account, the refund will be transferred back to the same account.

  • This process usually takes up to 5 business days, but may extend to 30 days depending on the status of the original payment and your bank’s processing times.

PayPal Balance Payments

In this case, the refund is credited the same day directly to your PayPal balance.

Combined Payments (PayPal Balance + Credit Card)

The refund will be split according to the payment method:

  • The portion paid with PayPal balance will be refunded the same day.

  • The portion paid with a credit card may take 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.

Important

Before completing your purchase, please make sure you fully agree with the features and specifications of the product you will receive. Items that have already been purchased and simply do not meet personal expectations are not eligible for a return.

Only in extraordinary cases, unrelated to the customer’s intent and properly justified, the possibility of a refund may be evaluated.
